Kopling Flex-C

We offer Flex-C couplings which are of a simple, economical & universally accepted design. These couplings are easy & fast to install, easy to align, with no lubrication required. They can withstand parallel misalignments up to 0.4 mm & angular misalignments up to 1.5 degree.

We stock sizes S-075 to S-225 & SE-095 to SE-225.

The couplings are manufactured from the best quality GRADED CAST IRON produced on Induction Furnace, to get best possible & consistent composition, properties & grain structure. They are PHOSPHATED to prevent them from rusting & therefore giving them a highly elegant look. Painting is avoided as it covers the blow holes / porosity in the castings.

The couplings are machined very accurately, with both diameters being machine at one time, so they are 100 % CONCENTRIC.

The flexible rubber elements such as star/ spider/ strip pad are manufactured with the best quality SYNTHETIC RUBBER - NITRILE on automated hydraulic moulding machines, thus giving them the highest compression, tensile strength, durability & a mirror like finish.

Couplings & rubber elements are TESTED at twice the rated torque & no distortion of any kind is observed.
